Message From Our President - 2010
As we begin to move forward in the New Year we will once again try to raise our standard of excellence. In 2009, we experienced modest growth in spite of a continued soft market in the insurance industry and the worst economic recession since the 1930’s. Through the support of loyal customers and the hard work of our dedicated staff we aspire to make it another record setting year in 2010. However, the market challenges remain high and unrelenting. We set high organizational expectations and demand excellence in all of our endeavors. Our goal is very simple; we strive to deliver the best premium finance experience in the industry and promise to never loose the passion to satisfy the needs of our customers.
This year will bring exciting changes to PFB. In January, we rolled out two exciting product enhancements. The first offers our partners an EFT option to receive their commission payments. Secondly, in an effort to provide greater payment flexibility we are now taking credit cards for installments and down payment premium. We will continue to evaluate ways to increase the strength of our commitment to your agency in 2010 and beyond. We look forward to serving you.
