Full-Time Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Attention clients and business partners, PFB is looking to expand!  We are in search of a CSR and would like your assistance in identifying candidates.  The person can be located anywhere in the USA. Here are a few details on the position:

Hours: Full time, flexible hours between 8am and 7pm Eastern time

Location: Work from home

Skills: Reliable, attention to detail, good numbers aptitude, computer skills, telephone skills

Training: We will train them remotely via phone, email, video conferencing

Experience: Insurance or financial services of some kind would be helpful but not necessary

Salary: Dependent on experience
